Cancellation Policy for 1:2:1 sessions

**Alist Tutoring: 48-Hour Cancellation Policy**

To ensure the best possible experience for all our students, and to allow for proper scheduling and resource allocation, Alist Tutoring has instituted the following cancellation policy:

1. **Notification Requirement**: To avoid any cancellation fees, clients must notify Alist Tutoring of a cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled tutoring session.

2. **Cancellation Fee**: If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tutoring session, the client will be charged the fee equivalent to the price of a full session.

3. **Rescheduling**: If you wish to reschedule a session, we also require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. If the notice is given less than 48 hours before the original session time, the cancellation fee will apply, and the session will be deemed as cancelled. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.

4. **No-Show Policy**: If a student fails to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be treated as a cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice. The client will be responsible for the full session fee.

5. **Emergencies**: We understand that unexpected events can occur. In the event of an emergency, please contact Alist Tutoring as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee a waiver of the cancellation fee, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

6. **Communication**: All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to Alist Tutoring either through our official contact methods or directly to the tutor with whom the session was scheduled. Ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling request to avoid any misunderstandings.

7. **Refunds**: If a cancellation fee is applied, this fee is non-refundable. If a session has been prepaid, and the cancellation is made in adherence to the 48-hour policy, the prepaid amount can either be refunded or credited to future sessions, as per the client's preference.

8. **Acknowledgment**: By scheduling a session with Alist Tutoring, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this cancellation policy.

Alist Tutoring Refund Policy for events.

Thank you for choosing Alist Tutoring for your educational needs. We're dedicated to providing quality events for our clients.

  1. Non-Refundable Events: All events booked with Alist Tutoring are non-refundable. Once you've committed to an event, we reserve resources and time to ensure you receive the best possible experience.
  2. Rescheduling: While we cannot offer refunds, if you are unable to attend an event for which you've registered and there is availability in another event, we will do our best to accommodate your request and move you to that event. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
  3. Notification: If you wish to be moved to a different event, please notify us as soon as possible. The more notice you provide, the better we can try to accommodate your request.
