✏️ You will receive their score and detailed feedback on the areas in which your child needs to improve. The feedback will be emailed to you within 4 working days of sitting the test.

  1. Non-Refundable Events: All events booked with Alist Tutoring are non-refundable. Once you've committed to an event, we reserve resources and time to ensure you receive the best possible experience.
  2. Rescheduling: While we cannot offer refunds, if you are unable to attend an event for which you've registered and there is availability in another event, we will do our best to accommodate your request and move you to that event. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
  3. Notification: If you wish to be moved to a different event, please notify us as soon as possible. The more notice you provide, the better we can try to accommodate your request.
